Tacky?

I designed this business card, which I think looks pretty cool, except I'm a law student, not a graphic design student, so I'm trying to decide if this is tacky. Thoughts?

In order to raise money for a volunteer internship this summer in Peru, I've decided to sell some t-shirts that I designed. This is the picture on the front:

Tattoo Artist?

I had a reader from over at Basketbawful contact me a few weeks ago, hoping I could design a tattoo for him. I'm always up for trying something new, so I said why not.

He liked the tree I'd drawn for the "Subjective Nature of Sound" album art, and he wanted a tattoo that referred to a park called Fisher Field, a place he grew up playing basketball. So in the end I came up with this:
